Hey Kids

So here we are in 2014. Did you have a nice New Years? I did. I hope you didn’t make any resolutions you’re going to regret in two weeks.

I’m Anna, and here are some things that qualify me to give you free, online advice about writing. 

  • English undergrad
  • Completed NaNo 2011 and 2012 (and 2013, if you count short stories and editing)
  • ML for my region (Colorado :: Elsewhere) in NaNo 2012
  • Gainfully employed writing content for Washington Trails Association‘s blog and magazine (shameless plug)
  • Currently editing a novel and several essays for a colleague 
  • Contributor to various creative writing outlets, including this experimental blog
  • Easily driven to distraction by poor grammar and misused punctuation. But don’t call me a grammar Nazi, that’s rude, you barely know me. 

Here’s to 2014, and to finishing some of those pieces that have been languishing on your computer for years. Go get 'em. I’ll be right here.
