Nu Originals

Hey buds,

So, we’ve got some sweet news to report: We’re going to be releasing a split 7" record in the spring with our fellow-90s indie-rock worshipping bro’s in Hospital Garden, from Chicago. Chi-city recording label Forge Again Records will be putting it out. We’re doing two “new” mega-pop jams (well, one is brand new, the other is our interpretation of a hit from John’s solo album) for the split. We’re recording it next month at High Bias Recordings with Chris Koltay. Our friend Nick Mancuso will be doing original artwork for the record. It will have monsters on it. These are the facts as we know them to be true. We are beyond stoked.

Also, we’ve been making some major headway on writing our next album, and the result of our jam sessions have been heavier, sometimes faster, sometimes slower, and more aggressive than our first record. Still, things are melodic, and we think you’ll like what we’re working on. More info on our progress to come…

For now, watch this video of Hospital Garden summoning the distortion Gods, and look for the 7" in the spring.
