    • The first 15 sets of deadlifts was done in reps of 3 a minute building to your max 3 good form reps. Very pleased with 80kg as a PB. The next 5 sets were the W.O.D. with 12 burpees, crunches and wall balls in between each set of declining deadlifts. I finished this around 2 minutes quicker than 7 we
