It’s the prototype Atlantis, made in Japan by Toyo around 2000<–the year. It’s a 56-er for 26-inch wheels up to about 2.1. I later had a kickstand plate brazed on. The steer tube fits the head tube, but isn’t extended past it, as is our normal. This bike has been on at least 70 S24O’s (overnight camping trips) and shows the normal superficial signs of an old bike’s use, but seems as sound as new, and my point in showing it (more pix below) is that it’s for sale, with a requirement. If you buy it you have to complete it with stuff you buy here. I’m selling it cheap for that reason, and we’re trying to raise a little $.

Single-eye front dropouts. Later we went to two. You can still mount racks and fenders on it. I had both on for 16 years, so…I know.
Two eyes on the rear-ies.
Chainsuck scars and general wear here, but nothing for Oscar Madison to worry about.
And thar she is! Good for PBH 84 to 86, depending on the bars and stem. My PBH is 85. I’ve had drops, Moustache, Boscos, and Albatross bars on it.
Frame without buying parts from us: $1100
Frame if you have us build it with parts from here (no build fee): $560. The headset is old but fine–no need for a new one. It comes with a rear rack, the NITTO I’ve used for most of the time I’ve had the bike. (A new NITTO rack is like $230).
If you want advice on the parts and build, we do that all the time and it’s easy. If no, then go at it yourself and we’ll intervene only if you’re shooting your foot off.
