I choose Australia because it’s a place I’ve always wanted to visit. It’s also my first time traveling alone, so I wanted to pick a country that was somewhat similar to Canada ( both being Commonwealth) but also had plenty of adventure. I was actually considering both New Zeland as well(because of Lord of the Rings) But I found the perfect host family in Aus!
I plan to stay in Australia for a year because that’s how long my working holiday visa is good for!
