Mint Pesto
Good in goat cheese or brush on lamb after grilling
¾ cup packed mint leaves
¼ cup flat parsley leaves
2 spring onions thick sliced
2 medium garlic cloves
2 TBSP extra virgin olive oil*
salt
Mix in food processor then add in salt.
