Balsamic Tuna Salad
tuna - canned in water (protein portion)
½ medium tomato
chopped seeded cucumber
4-5 green olives or dill pickles*
spices to taste
balsamic vinegar
Mix tuna with tomato, cucumber into a salad. Add olives or dill pickles. Spice and add some balsamic vinegar. Serve on a bed of lettuces, choose from the list in yourpersonalized metabolic balance® plant. Enjoy with two Wasa crackers and a coice of a fruit for dessert.
* Please soak pickeled olives or pickles for 10 minutes and rinse before adding to the salad.
