Wasa Pizza
“If you miss pizza, you have to try this.”
Take your measurement of mozzarella (protein portion) leave out two bites. Then separate the remainder portion into 4 equal parts. Place to the side. Take 2 slices of rye crisps (WASA or RyVita). Sprinkle ¼ of the cheese on each piece of Wasa. Top it with sliced tomato. Sprinkle oregano, garlic, and basil. Top with some sautéed mushrooms. Place the remainder cheese on top of the mushrooms. Broil until cheese is melted.
