Bruchetta
“Here is a great recipe for those rye crisps”
Take a slice of Mozzarella or Camembert cheese (protein portion) and place it on a piece of foil on a baking sheet. Place a slice of tomato topped with basil seasoning on top of the cheese. Bake/Broil just until the cheese is hot, then remove from the oven and place on a slice of Wasa Rye Bread.
