Apple with Snow-Cap
1 serving egg (protein portion)
1 apple
1 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven 395°F (200 ºC). Wash apple; remove center and set into baking dish. Bake 20 min, remove and purée. Separate egg yolk from egg white. Beat egg white until hard, carefully stir under apple sauce and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Tip: Use this recipe for desserts with egg-meals. Stir some water into the remaining egg yolk and bake as an omelet. Serve with steamed vegetable.
