Spinach with Feta
feta, from sheep or goat milk (protein portion)
spinach
vegetable broth (Seitenbacher)
Version 1: spinach served hot with cold feta
Steam fresh spinach. Spice with broth, serve in bowl and drape feta on top. Eat with rye crisp bread.
Version 2: spinach cooked, baked with feta
Steam fresh spinach, spice with broth, place in heat-proof bowl, mix with feta, top with grumbeled rye crisp bread (optional), place in preheated oven till feta is soft.
