Yesterday was the official inauguration of the new Google Campus in London.
For the occasion, the cafeteria had been turned into a giant candy laboratory - was it a way for Google to tell the local startup ecosystem that it was time to grow up? Who knows, but anyway, the space looks fantastic and is likely to become the beating heart of the startup scene in Shoreditch.
Now we just need more of those! (In the meantime, I’m trying to nick a few desks away from Seedcamp, who is one of the Campus area manager - to no avail yet…)
