So, let me explain.
Facts:
- LTE lowers iPad (3rd gen) from 10h to 9h
- iPad battery was upgrade to 42.5Wh from 25Wh
New battery is 170% of previous battery. Added capacity is 70% of previous battery. LTE uses 10% of new battery so 17% of old battery.
So LTE is using 17/70=24.28% of added capacity.
