HAMMER TIME
They cringed at the sight of plus-size girls in skinnies. Eyes rolled when we started wearing leggings. Lawd knows what they thought when we started wearing sweatpants with stilettos. And what? We wore them ANYWAY!
Ok so maybe the low inseam of these pants are a little hammertime/diaper-esque… but if wearing them is wrong, well, I guess I don’t want to be right.
While I will say no to drop crotches that dangle right above the floor, these Forever21 harem pants have an ever so slight exaggeration at the crotch. Forever 21 has so many cute harem pants right now (link below).
I personally think this slouchy silhouette is chic and extra comfy. They pair perfectly with basics and can be worn year-round. No, these are not for the faint of heart. Different trends appeal to different people, and that’s great but I will be vouging in my slouchy stylish trousers a whole lot!
