There have been a few episodes in Classic Who where people were shrunk. I can imagine The Master shrinking down the Doctor and the TARDIS. The Doctor tries to travel and ends up in some random house on Earth. Then gets attacked by a dog.

I don’t think that Niki would play with the TARDIS … but I have yet to try.
