We’ll let you in on a little secret. The island of Manhattan is a very expensive place. Some people choose to move east and across the East River to Brooklyn or Queens. And some people choose to move west and across the Hudson River to Jersey City and Hoboken. These outskirts are far less expensive. So what we save on rent goes to bar tabs, shopping sprees, vacations, and fun nights out in the very expensive island of Manhattan lol. But shhh. Don’t tell anyone how much fun, cheap, and “cool” JC is..the rents might start rising…
