Weekend Hashtag Project is a series featuring designated themes & hashtags chosen by Instagram’s Community Team. For a chance to be featured on the Instagram blog, follow @instagram and look for a photo announcing the weekend’s project every Friday.
The goal this weekend is to capture a video with multiple clips showing how you make your favorite recipe. Some tips to get you started: You want your video to be both instructional and beautiful, so pay attention to how you arrange your ingredients and keep your workspace clean and neat. When recording your video, you can either take each clip with the Instagram camera as you go or record a lot of footage and import your clips at the end. It can be difficult to take video while you’re in the middle of cooking or baking, so consider inviting a friend along to help you film. Remember, you have 15 seconds to show off your cooking skills, so choose a dish that you can capture easily in a few steps and have fun!
