Rental Car Advice
Hey. I’ve never rented a car before.
We’ll be in California for a week and probably renting for at least 5 days.
Please give me your advice!

- escapereality said: Check with your regular car insurance b/c it should include rental coverage, so don’t buy extra. Ask for what you want, don’t settle on a Chevy HHR. (*shudder/flashback*) Don’t buy any add-ons.

- squibble answered: go with mid-size or compact. that’s usually a solid mix with price and space. Also check with your insurance to see if they cover rentals.
