Predatory lenders, who hand out short term loans with exorbitant interest rates and fees, are making big bucks off of Indian Country and damaging economic development efforts in the process. Now, some tribes are getting in on the game. Pictured are just a few of the dozens of payday-type lenders in Farmington, New Mexico, a town on the border of the Navajo Nation.
