i think being open-hearted, i think just not judging other people and not judging yourself most of all. i think there’s a lot of ares to it. keeping your word, not taking anything personally, even if there’s a gun to your head it’s not about you it’s about the other person’s fear and their anger. just keeping an impeccable sense of honor about yourself and what you say to yourself in your head. i have to do spiritual hygiene, some of you maybe don’t just like a skin care regime, i have to do yoga, i have to chant, i have to do that stuff i will go nuts […] being in love or in like is really nice too because that keeps you kind of fresh and vital. that’s nice. but you’re not going to get that unless you draw that out from your own - how you respect yourself.
