Decided to venture out to the much-tallked-about Punggol Promenade with its rather scenic landscape facing out to the Singapore straits. Much to my excitement, there wasn’t much to see except for old men by the pier fishing for tiny guppies and loads of boring greenery. (and we got caught in a heavy thunderstorm midway. bugger.)
