Ahhh…much better
I woke up this morning and my back was super stiff and sore. Instead of just whining about it and putzing around the house like I normally do I decided to do some light yoga, have an awesome breakfast (ok I normally do that) pack my swimming stuff and hop on the bus to head to work earlier than normal.
It’s amazing how just a bit of movement and gentle stretching makes things feel better. My back is still stiff and tight, but feels way better than it did!
Always need to remember to stretch and move!
