21 Day Arm Sculpting Challenge


It’s #WorkoutWednesday and I’ve got a new fitness challenge to kick it off.

It’s a 21 Day Arm Sculpting Challenge from Popsugar. 

Strong arms are a must! It helps us get through daily tasks such lifting, pushing, catching and throwing objects, as well as our athletic performance like running, jumping, swimming, tennis etc. Why? Because your arms help to propel your body.

Another benefit of having strong, super sculpted arms is that you can get to show them off all year round. Winning!

This fitness challenge is similar to the 21 Day Butt Lifting Challenge I posted a few days ago. There are 5 exercises that you do for a prescribed number of reps and sets on the days listed on the calendar.

  1. Bicep Curl
  2. Upright Row
  3. Triceps Kickback
  4. Overhead Shoulder Press
  5. Bent Over Reverse Fly

What weight should you use? That would depend on your fitness level. Personally I would recommend starting with at least 8lbs. If you’re a beginner, and only have 5lb dumbbells, that’s fine too.

Be sure to do a quick 5 minute warm up and stretch after doing the exercises.
