This picture, after a quick look around, is of Johannesburg. It was uploaded by a Wikipedia user to Wikimedia Commons, in, guess what, fucking May 2008. You might recognize that date as about 14 years after the election of Nelson Mandela as President of South Africa.

So, yeah. Not only is the original poster incredibly racist, stupid, and guilty of fallacious reasoning, but this picture isn’t even legitimate.
