I have always been envious of the people who find stuff priced at a mere penny at their Nordstrom Rack. Based on the amount of times I visit Nordstrom Rack in a month, I thought that I would stumble across a dozen or so penny finds, but I have had no such luck. Until now. They really do exist! This Joe’s Jeans puffer vest was marked down to $35 from $225. Take 25% off the sale price for the 4th of July and I thought I scored a great deal! When I brought it to the register, the salesperson scanned the tag and was at a loss for words. He told me the vest rang up to be only a penny, then laughed about how the system was having difficulty trying to take 25% off the price. End of the story: I got this vest for free.
