This Week in Social Entrepreneurship: Join NYC changemakers and reflect on a year of doing good at the New York Social Good Holiday Party

• Echoing Green, the world’s leading angel investor in start-up social entrepreneurs, has officially announced its partnership with the ZOOM Foundation to provide seed capital to some of the most promising next-generation leaders working on innovations focused on climate change. They will begin accepting applications for their first class of Climate Fellows in conjunction with the opening of the 2014 Echoing Green Fellowship application process on December 3rd, 2013. 
• Join Be Social Change on December 4th for the New York Social Good Holiday Party! As the new year approaches, come together to reflect on and celebrate the collective impact created by the New York Social Good community in 2013. And, of course, connect with some of the amazing individuals and organizations that drove innovation and created change in NYC this year. All that, and you’ll be the first to know about some of the exciting new initiatives planned for Be Social Change in the coming year!
• Social Entrepreneurs Transforming Africa (SETAfrica) is looking for young social entrepreneurs between the ages of 18 and 29 located in Africa to join the SETAfrica Fellowship Program. Selected fellows will receive special training and seed funding to help grow their enterprises and achieve their social impact goals. Eligible applicants eager to participate are encouraged to send their applications by December 13th.
