An ethicists writing for Big Think recently argued that contrary to Batman’s famed “no killing policy,” Batman has a moral obligation to rid the world of the Joker once at for all. With all of this talk of killing, I’ve decided instead to bring a few people back from the dead, examining what five moral and political philosophers might have to say about Batman’s ethical dilemma.
