Ahhh it was that time of the year again, when the most gorgeous women of the world get together to crown a new beauty queen, or as they like to call her “the most beautiful woman in the universe”.

I must confess I’m a huge fan of beauty pageants, my mom says I’m superficial lol, but I just love this things. Wanna know a secret? If I was tall I would be at the Miss Venezuela Organization right now, sadly I need some extra inches, just like 10, nothing more…

Anyway, the Miss Venezuela has always been a big deal here, so I’ve been following this kind of contests since I can remember. My favorite is, of course, the Miss Universe.

Luckily for us, we won this year our seventh Miss Universe crown, and if I’m not mistaken we are the country with the most wins in this pageant. Well, it seems like we are, indeed, the most beautiful women in the world, if it’s allowed for me to say that lol.

M. Gabriela Isler, or as we call her: Molly, is our new queen. A 25 years old and 5’87” tall gorgeous girl, model with a bachellor degree in management - major in marketing, winner of the 2012 Miss Venezuela pageant.

Besides her, my Top 5 Favorites were (in alphabetical order): Brazil (Jakelyne Oliveira), Dominican Republic (Yaritza Reyes), Ecuador (Constanza Baez), Philippines (Ariella Arida) and USA (Erin Brady). On a side note: Go Latins!

DR and USA didn’t make it till the Top 5 and I was surprised because those girls are just gorgeous! Yaritza has an amazing body, a beautiful face and a great attitude, and honestly Erin had the most gorgeous face of the pegeant, for a minute I honestly thought she was going to win because I mean, look at that face!
Then we have Brazil, Ecuador and Philippines. Jakelyne was not my favorite face but her body is like a hard slap on everybody’s face, from what I saw I can tell she, had without a doubt, the most stunning body of the pegeant. Ariella has a really gorgeous face, just like Constanza, I think they were a really strong competition for Molly because the both of them are truly beautiful. My Top 3 at the end was them :); and between you and me, I would have changed Spain for USA in the Top 5. Anyway, I couldn’t be any happier for this winning, obviously.

I’m gonna leave you with a video of the moment of the coronation below - sorry for the bad quality I couldn’t find anything else. It’s funny to watch because Molly didn’t understand for a few seconds that she was Miss Universe (neither did Miss Spain) and they were all like “I don’t understand” “Did you win?” until the moment when Olivia came to her with the bouquet and the crown and she said “Oh my God!” and Olivia’s response was “yeah, you won!” lmao.
