Followers, please suggest FREE ASL resources for this anon!
Reblogging so my followers can advise. Sometimes public libraries or local deaf orgs etc might know of free classes, though these are usually taught by volunteers who might not have been trained in the best teaching methods or might not be completely fluent. There are online tutorial videos. Just make sure they are made by deaf signers so you can have more confidence they are correct, not videos by hearing sign language students who may be making a lot of mistakes. Also make sure they are from the right country! For ASL you want the US or English speaking Canada, NOT the UK or Australia etc, which use completely different signed languages (british sign language and auslan) not asl.
