Behind the main public areas, Cactus Joe’s has growing fields for many of their yucca, agave, and opuntia, as well as other species like ocotillo. While walking through the fields, I ran across a desert iguana, a chipmunk, and a Gambel’s quail family, too. Too bad they’re too quick for good photographs.
