CREAMY MISO SPAGHETTI
2oz whole wheat spaghetti
18g miso paste
5T original/unsweetened soymilk
Up to 1/4c cheddar cheese, optional
2T natural/Greek yogurt

First you cook your pasta as per normal, drain and pour it back into the pot, add your milk and turn on the heat to low.
Add your miso and stir until it’s well dissolved.
Next, add your optional cheese, stir until all has melted.
Turn off the heat and stir in yogurt.
