well now that hannibal is out of the country, season 3 would be a really great time to amp up the gay subtext between will and chilton

Can you imagine Hannibal getting wind that Will and Chilty are all chummy? I think he would come back to finish the job on Frederick.

yeah except that would get his ass caught and then he’d end up in the BSHCI under Chilton’s exclusive care and then Chilton could move in with Will and live happily ever after (shhh shhh im ignoring canon here sshh). can you imagine how embarrassed Hannibal would be if he got caught because he was jealous of Frederick Chilton??? I AM CACKLING RIGHT NOW. SOMEONE WRITE THIS FAN FICTION STAT. 

I am 99% sure I read a fic on AO3 that has this like exact same plotline, with Hanni getting UBER jealous and being caught because of it.
