Watermelon Jello Slices!

40 Calories for the whole watermelon! 

Ingredients:

  • ½ Personal Sized Watermelong
  • 1 Box Sugar Free Jello (Any Flavor)
  • 2 Cups Boiling Water

Directions

  1. Bring water to a boil
  2. Slice watermelon in half and scoop out the fruit (save fruit for snacking)
  3. Add packet of jello to bottom of fruit shell
  4. Add boiling water to jello mix in the shell
  5. Stir and cool for 5 hours.
