Baked Seasoned Broccoli

Broccoli is one of the healthiest vegetables. I love broccoli in the summer because it is so fresh and crunchy. The levels of antioxidants are incredibly high. Broccoli can be hard to eat for some people, whether its the taste or the consistency. It used to be both for me, but I learned that baking and adding a little seasoning helps me out tremendously to enjoy it. 

Ingredients:

  • ¼ Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 pound broccoli florets
  • 1 Packet Truvia
  • 1 Tsp Fresh Squeezed Lemon
  • ½ Tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ Tsp garlic powder
  • ½ Tsp dried oregano
  • ½ Tsp dried thyme
  • 1 pink salt
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 pinch ground pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a large mixing bowl add all ingredients and combine 
  3. On a baking sheet spray with cooking spray
  4. Evenly spread broccoli onto sheet
  5. cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
