Little Lunch Wednesday!

Happy Wednesday! I’m so glad the week is almost over, I'm always looking forward to my weekends. Today is the first day of my “Hydration Water Plan” , hopefully it goes well and I can finally drink more water. I already have 2 cups of coffee in and I think I’ll make one more a cut off.  It such a beautiful day I just want to spend all day outside with my dog. Why do we have to have jobs again?:(  Anyways…..Today for lunch I felt like eating very fresh! On the bottom right I have ¼ cup of cottage cheese, thee large strawberries and 1 tbsp sliced almonds. This taste so delicious if you cut up the strawberries and let the strawberry juice blend with the cottage cheese.  On the bottom left I have ½ small cucumber sliced sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and 7 pieces of medium cooked shrimp.  On the top I have ½ grape fruit sliced and my apple dessert wrap. For the dessert wrap I took a whole grain tortilla , spread fat free cream cheese , drizzled honey, added ¼ cup chopped honey crisp apple and sprinkled with cinnamon. I love having these with fruit for breakfast as well, they really hit the spot!
