Breakfast Egg Sandwich!

Ingredients:

4 Large Egg Whites
1 Large Whole Egg
¼ Cup Skim Mozzarella Cheese
2 Slices Heiner’s Bread
Pinch Salt and Pepper

Directions

1. In a small mixing bowl combine eggs, salt, and pepper.

Heat a skillet on medium and add the egg scramble, cover and let both sides cook.

Toast Both sides of bread then add cooked eggs and cheese.
