Post Work Out Snack
I’ve been trying to do more weight training lately to get tight and toned up after all this slacking off Ive been doing this summer. I’ll post my work out later tonight (during dance moms). I like to keep my post work out snacks low sugar, HIGH protein and low carb. Above is 1 Cup of Plain Fat Free Chobani mixed with Mio and four egg whites.

- ninezerofive said: what’s this “mio” you’re always talking about? the “mio” we have here in canada is some sort of syrup or flavouring you add to your water so that it’s more desirable to drink. is it the same thing?
