Fruit & Yogurt Bowl W/ Chia Seeds & Almonds

For breakfast this morning, I had a quick cup of coffee and a couple hard boiled eggs. I also had: a bowl of plain Greek yogurt (6oz), 1 tsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp almonds and ½ cup diced cantaloupe. I added ½ tsp of fruit punch crystal light to my yogurt to flavor it up. 

Cantaloupe:

  • Low calorie.
  • Low fat.
  • Rich with vitamin A & C.
  • High water content to help your body feel full & hydrated.
  • Promotes heart, eye & lung health.

Chia Seeds:

  • Controls cholesterol levels.
  • Contains healthy fats, protein, folic acid & potassium.
  • Promotes heart health.

  • Helps with the prevention of : diabetes, heart attack & cancer.
  • Boost energy, which helps in weight loss.
