I finally went to the grocery store. It took a while to make my way through the store, because it was leg day at the gym. Jeremy has been helping me a lot with new workouts. I usually stick to: Zumba, Yoga or running, but he is trying to get me hooked on more weight training. I’m starting to really enjoy it. Sometimes cardio makes me dread the gym, but this is a nice way to switch it up. We ended up adding in some cardio when we got distracted by the punching bags. After our workout we headed to the store and picked up: yogurt, salmon, salad, berries, apples, bananas, squash, zucchini, red potatoes, sweet potatoes, eggs, prunes and cottage cheese.
When I got home, I made a light salad for lunch. My salad consisted of : romaine lettuce, croutons, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, imitation crab, prunes and light honey mustard dressing. Tonight I’m having salmon and roasted vegetables. Yum!
