Well, it looks like one commenter made it to the site. There are 10k people in that group. It is legitimately the largest group of librarians anywhere on the internet. Yes, some of them will say dumb shit like this. Some have views you and I don’t agree with. Some have views you and I do agree with. I think ALATT is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow and help others learn and grow. I’ve learned a lot about how to work with people I don’t agree with and I’ve made my mistakes along the way and so has just about everyone else. I’m sorry that these things get said and that we still have to teach people right from wrong. In the end… We’re all in this together. We’re a team. We party hard and make it happen together.
