I work at a small suburb library in a fairly nice neighborhood (high median income, low crime, etc). Recently we've been having a range of behaviors issues with the kids/teens, which has escalated because of the librarians frustration with managing the larger than normal youth crowd. How have other youth librarians managed large crowds of hyper kids/teens? How can we teach our staff to be enthusiastic and excited about kids in the library?
