What alternatives are there to librarianship? (This question isn't meant to spark a debate about the state of the profession. Just looking for practical advice.) The job market is tough for everyone. If someone with only a public librarian background was looking to break into something else, is it even achievable right now? Do you know people who've successfully done so? How did they do it? Any leads would be appreciated.
