Day 19 – What exercise is your “biggest demon?” The one thing you have always wanted to do but struggled with but vow you will do someday! Question inspired by ealthyhappymotivation :)
Hmmmm …Well, I guess one thing that I would love to do one day is climb a rock wall. I’m not sure that counts as an ‘exercise’ in the sense you mean. I’ve never even attempted it, but would love to be strong enough one day to feel confident enough to conquer my fear of it – and my fear of heights.
On a more down-to-earth level, I’d say that lifting weights would be something that intimidates me. Not weight machines – I’ve done that before – but the barbells and free weights. One day I will tackle this, perhaps with a personal trainer or someone who can teach me how to use them properly.
