                                         ”its alive… ITS ALIVE!!!”

We all know those words. Its the story of Dr. Frankenstein and the creation of his grotesque monster. Its been retold thousands of times and its been the subject of discussion for years. Is the big giant green guy named Frankenstein or Frankenstein’s Monster?

Not only that but in every remake or story that gets told about the monster, he’s either the big bad or just a misunderstood accident. Its likely he may have a bi-polar disorder due to the person that is directing or writing the script at the time.

In other incarnations he throws a little girl in the pool and she drowns because she was throwing rose petals. He believed that every pretty little thing belongs in the water. Later on he is chased by the village with pitch forks and fire.

In one incarnation, The Monster Squad (Probably my favorite monster movie of all time… Definitely.) He helps the humans defeat the monsters that are using him for his deformation and strength.

With Strength being the key word here, we are going to focus on the upper body… mainly the chest and shoulders area due to his massive size. So bring out the resistance bands or if you have weights, go ahead and use those too.
