Neely SK8 Challenge Begins

BOSTON, MA – Team President Cam Neely, along with players Brad Marchand and Tyler Seguin, visited the Frog Pond at Boston Common Friday to kick off the third-annual “Neely Sk8 Challenge” skate-a-thon. 

The event was hosted by the Cam Neely Foundation for Cancer Care, and raised $120,000 last year.

“So many families have dealt with cancer unfortunately, and [the foundation] understands the need for support,” Neely said. “To be able to do it at an event like this where the kids are getting exercise, they’re having fun – they’re raising money, nothing beats it.
