245 lbs Weigh-In
I lost around 5 pounds this month which to me is like a huge fail. However, I know life happens. I tried boosting my metabolism by consuming cinnamon. Which in reality, helped boost my metabolism, but in a way that made me feel hungry all the time.
A good healthy goal to lose weight is to lose 2 pounds a week. This means 10 pounds a month. I am trying to follow that and I hope by August 1st I will weigh around 235 pounds.
Right now, I am on the cusp of the obesity scale. It kind of crazy that in a few weeks/months that I wont technically be “obese.” considering that I have been obese for the majority of my life, I say that this is A. surreal and B. Impressive. I have been slacking off in this department and its time to actually do sets plus reps. Also, I feel like I should make friends with people at the gym. I mean, I see them everyday so would it hurt to say hi. Should I talk to people or keep doing my thing at the gym? Suggestions?
