The Scott House, designed by Pierre Koenig in 1956, is an example of Koenig's early work in steel and glass and is one of only five projects predating his Case Study work. This residence is a precursor to the Bailey House (Case Study House #21) built in 1958 and to Koenig's most well-known work, the Stahl House (Case Study House #22), which was built in 1960. The Scott House is virtually unaltered and as with all Koenig's designs, it looks strikingly modern over 50 years later. (via Pierre Koenig's Scott House In Tujunga)
