Hello everyone!

I have been saving (and savoring) this video to share with you. This is a video I shot at Harmony Festival of Life Coach, Francois Levannier, speaking at the Wellness Pavilion. There was a barrage of entertainment at Harmony Festival, but luckily in the midst of it all I ran into Francois! It was truly a blessing. I was enticed to sit down in the audience and relax by the sound of him playing a didgeridoo.

After a few minutes of harmonious musical energy- he then started sharing stories from his 7-year around the world adventures. I love hearing travel stories from anyone, but what struck me about Francois was his vibrancy. I knew he had a message I would want to hear. The stories he shared of facing fear, living life to the fullest, and placing trust in the universe were really powerful.

Have you ever been to a big event that is clearly helpful for connecting with your “niche”- but instead of feeling elated, you feel overwhelmed? I was actually wandering around the Festival feeling a bit shy about networking.

Shooting footage at a big festival is exciting, but it can be exhausting too. It requires the physical energy of lugging around camera equipment as well as mental energy to convince the right people to be on-camera. By 5 p.m., I wanted to just drink kombucha and lay in the sun. But, I knew that would be lazy- especially after working hard to get a press pass to cover the festival. Still, the resistance was there. 

I don’t want to spoil Francois’ story. Just watch the video if you want to know renew your faith in humanity.

Listen for clues on how to embrace fear and be a shining light in the midst of conflict. (Note: since this was a spontaneously shot video I did not use a tripod. Thus the video is a bit shaky :))
