Do you see any similarities between yourself and the characters Lee played in his movies? Either in terms of fighting techniques or even personality?

Well.. Actually, I’ve copied his moves a lot through the years. Tried to, at least. The only thing I didn’t try to imitate was his signature screams, because I’m not a talker anyway.. Even if I admit they must be very efficient way to weird off the opponent during a fight. The point about Lee and his characters is that they all have a common rage inside them, and I think that’s what was appealing to me. Usually, the hero in martial art movies is supposed to be wise.. At least, he become wise at the end. But in Fist of Fury for example, Lee’s character dies at the end, instead of loosening up and giving up the fight. He’s also very arrogant, very proud. Most of the time, he’s here for revenge. The last one is a common trope in kung-fu or even Wu Xia Pian movies, but looking totally out of control and even crazy was a innovation he made, I think.. Usually, you see his expressions on villains. Yet, he was the good guy. I liked that.
