I have a gripe with the blurb here (“featuring sublime and unhinged music rarely heard outside of Northern Greece and Southern Albania” - must we describe things from outside our frame of reference as “unhinged” etc? please let’s not) but the music on this album simply demands to be heard. Whatever you do, listen to this record, hear this music. It is profound.
